Timeframe

• Fresh Produce (Veg/Fruits/Fish): Please report any quality issues within 2 hours of delivery for a replacement or a full refund.
• Packaged Goods: Any manufacturing defects or expired items can be returned within 24 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, opened (in the case of packaged products), or those that are damaged due to improper storage after delivery.

Refund Process

Once your return request is verified, refunds will be initiated within 24 hours to your original payment method (bKash/Nagad) or as a discount coupon for your next purchase.

How to Request

To request a return, simply message us on WhatsApp with a photo of the item and your order ID. Our support team will resolve it for you immediately.
