Orders & Payments

While we strive for accuracy, price changes and errors can occur. We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed with incorrect pricing. Payment is due at the time of delivery (Cash-on-Delivery) or via bKash/Nagad during checkout.

Product Quality

Fresh groceries are sourced daily. We prioritize quality above all else. If a delivered product is not meet your standards, you must report it within 2 hours of delivery for a resolution.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Any suspicious activity on your account should be reported immediately.

Termination

We reserve the right to block any customers who repeatedly cancel confirmed orders or violate these terms to protect our delivery team and partners.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
